HIV/AIDS in/or visiting Palm Springs California (and the Coachella Valley) to come together at social

of swimming, suntanning, fellowship and food.
Members should bring their own drinks, towels and a dish
to share. We plan to eat around 1
PM. The club will provide plates and
cutlery
Guests
are requested to bring a potluck dish that you can share with others.
There will be plenty of food so if you are
unable to bring something to share. Do not let that keep you from the fun.
PSPOZabilites will supply the
beverages, ice, utensils and paper ware.

There is a special entrance fee of $5.00. Poolside food and beverage service is
available.
Enjoy a day relaxing in the mineral waters
that have no unpleasant odor or taste.
Rates include admission to 8 pools, dry
sauna, and locker room to change and shower.
Bring your own towel and lock for your locker
otherwise they are available for rent.
Note new time, we are changing to evenings for summer.
Weekly Movie
afternoon with Larry Dean Time and Dates Pending
Once a week join Larry Dean & other movie pals for
an afternoon @ the Movies.
Each week it is a different Movie @ a
different theatre. Contact Larry @ gldean3@pacbell.net
Weekly reminders will be sent out with the
information for the current week’s movie.
Those interested please meet up with Larry in the
lobby of the theatre.
Those interested can meet for a drink or refreshment
afterwards for post movie discussion and suggestions for the next week’s
adventure.

Weekly on Sundays - Yoga
/ Meditation Classes 9:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Yoga
classes will be offered for HIV+ folk at Urban Yoga, @ 458 S. Palm
Canyon, Palm Springs

current offerings and classes.
The class
will concentrate on learning to cope with HIV and provide Yoga techniques for a
more serene life.
A discount is given to DAP clients which is
income based, check with your case manager to see if you qualify for
the $5.00 rate.
Otherwise, you will pay $10.00.
Class will be approximately one and one quarter hours.
